- We recommend that you use a trusted form of delivery to ensure safe return

What happens next?
We will send you an email once we have processed your returned order in our warehouse. Providing your item meets our returns requirements and is returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order, you will receive a full refund. If your item does not meet our returns guidelines; we will return your item to you at your address and not issue a refund.
What items cannot be returned?
