Delivery Timescale

Normal Orders normally take approximately five to ten working days (Nigerian (Lagos and Abuja addresses and UK addresses only) once an order is placed. However, this can occasionally change according to the product you buy from.

For Nigerian orders, delivery to addresses outside Lagos and Abuja will have to individually arrange with Okwuí and delivery times will be determinant on the mood of delivery that you opt for. We are working to expand our delivery network to involve all major cities in Nigeria and would update this once this has been put in place.

For Orders outside the Nigeria and the UK, Okwuí will contact you directly delivery timescale; please leave at least 1 week from ordering to receive delivery information.

You will always be notified of an estimated delivery time at Checkout and so will be made aware if it may be longer than 10 working days before you purchase (an additional 7 to 10 days should be added for deliveries outside of the UK). We will also keep you updated by email if there are any delays to the delivery date.

Unfortunately, we are only able to provide bespoke delivery services to any cities in Nigeria outside Lagos and Abuja. Please, contact us directly at info@okwui.com or okwuisbijoux@yahoo.com. We will endeavour to reach a pricing that is affordable and meets your needs.

International Delivery

We can deliver to most countries outside Nigeria and United Kingdom but individual prices will be quoted once orders are placed. All import taxes and duties are not included in the total delivery price.

Courier Information

Okwuí uses a third party delivery service. These third parties handle the transport of all items between our warehouse and your delivery address.

We are unable to deliver ‘Homeware’ items to addresses outside of Nigeria (Lagos and Abuja only) and UK and further restrictions may apply to larger or fragile items. You will be notified at the checkout if an item you wish to purchase is not available for delivery outside. Undeliverable items will automatically be removed from your basket. Please, contact us and we can make special arrangements to meet your individual needs.
